Protect your base

Land Claiming

This server uses the Lands plugin for claims.

What Lands does

Lands lets players claim chunks, protect builds, trust friends, create subareas, and rent or sell areas to other players.

Use /lands menu to start. The in-game menu is usually easier than memorising every command.

Where claims work

Claims are enabled in the main world. Claims are disabled in resource worlds.

Do not build permanent bases in resource worlds. Use the main world for homes and long-term builds.

How to start your base

  1. Decide where you want to build your base.
  2. Open /lands menu.
  3. Create a land if you do not already have one.
  4. Claim the chunks you want to protect.
  5. Use trust settings carefully before letting others build.
  6. Create subareas if you want to give someone access to only part of your land.

Costs

Claiming land costs money. The first chunk is free. The second one is ✦125, after that it increases by ✦25 with each chunk up to a maximum of ✦3,000 per chunk. If you want to unclaim land, it will refund you 50% of what you paid.

Subareas and rentals

Land owners can divide land into smaller areas. These can be used for friend plots, rented spaces, shop plots, or anything else you want.
